Candace Kirchgeßner

Candace discovered yoga in 2008, when yoga became the best therapy after a traumatic car accident and to alleviate the bodily stress from her full-time job as a Dental Hygienist. She immediately fell in love, and attended her first yoga teacher training at The Madonna Center in California. Since then, she has been a student and teacher for over a decade.

In 2014, Candace left her home in California of 30 years, to embark on a new life journey where she currently resides in Germany. She believes in “teaching from the heart” and hopes that her work will provide a positive impact on how people move and feel on a daily basis. Candace hopes to give back to others what Yoga has gifted her - to discover the hidden treasures and beauty of life.

Candace brings a variety of different yoga methods into her teaching style (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar) and has completed over a 1,000 hours of yoga studies with teachers Jason Crandell, Maty Ezraty, Max Strom, Noah Maze and Stephanie Snyder.

She is also certified in Pre-/Postnatal Yoga through Jane Austin and Aerial Yoga through Pik Chu Wong. When not on the mat, Candace enjoys nature, creating less of an environmental footprint on this Earth, learning new crafts and inspirations, and spending time with her husband, two children and two cats who continue to inspire her every day.
