Manuela Heider de Jahnsen is a distinguished complementary medicine practitioner, respected lecturer, accomplished author, and founder of Society of Friends. With over 30 years of experience, she has successfully helped individuals worldwide using her expertise in acupuncture, nutritional counseling, yoga, Ayurveda, and a broad range of Western and Eastern therapeutic practices.
A highly regarded educator, Manuela has contributed significantly to the fields of Oriental Medicine, Chiropractic, Yoga, and Dietetics. She pioneered Berlin’s first naturopathic school and holds a Master’s degree in Ayurveda from Middlesex University in London and Berlin, certified as an Ayurvedic practitioner.
In her quest for knowledge, Manuela’s journey took her to the heartlands of traditional medicine in India and Vietnam. She also delved into the realms of tropical medicine and Indology in Berlin, enriching her holistic approach to healthcare.
