Paloma Sainz
Paloma Sainz is a writer, researcher, and founder of All One Project, an initiative born from a personal and professional inquiry into consciousness, compassion, education, and our relationship with the world we inhabit.
Her professional journey began in the world of international fashion and textile design. Over the years, she worked and travelled extensively throughout Asia, encountering diverse cultures, ways of life, and social realities. This experience offered her a firsthand understanding of the complexities of a rapidly changing global industry, while also revealing the deeper connections between individual choices, social structures, and the natural environment.
Writing, which had been part of her life since childhood, gradually became central to her work. For Paloma, writing is not simply a form of expression, but a way of investigating, asking questions, and creating space for reflection. Her work sits at the intersection of literature, research, and the exploration of human consciousness, examining how we might relate more consciously to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us.
She is the author of La Historia de Anamika and 7 años, 7 días, 7 segundos, and the creator of Los 7 Mensajes de Om, a multidisciplinary project bringing together storytelling, research, documentaries, and experiential learning.
Through All One Project, Paloma continues to develop an approach that brings together mindfulness, compassion, education, and personal transformation, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with individual awareness and can ultimately extend into the collective.
At the heart of her work is a simple yet powerful idea: each of us is shaping our own life, moment by moment, and through that process, participating in the creation of the world we share.
