In this workshop, we delved into the art of mindfulness meditation, with a particular focus on its ability to alleviate stress and foster emotional equilibrium.
Often, our emotions can hold us captive, leading to personal suffering and turbulence in the world around us. Through the practice of heightened mindfulness, we gain the tools to redefine our connection with our own minds. In fact, our very emotions can become allies on this journey. It’s a process of forging a friendship with our own minds.
